As the season unfolds, the Brazilian left full-back is gradually improving his displays. He was a joy to watch during November. He ran a lot, chased every ball on the pitch and has been credited with that spectacular header at stoppage time against Panionios.

In the poll organized by paokfc.gr and PAOK FC Official App, Matos collected 56,22% of the users’ vote, earning the 11888 MVP of November to add to his October accolade.

He had to beat two strong opponents though. Adelino Vieirinha is firing on all cylinders now and that became apparent in November, featuring as winger or left full-back. He was second in the vote with 34,11%, while Fernando Varela completed the podium after lining up some powerful performances.
