A different crossbar challenge
Footballers all over the world love this game. Crossbar Challenge is a permanent fixture in trainings and there are innumerable videos with all its variations on the internet. One of these variations took place on Sunday morning in Nea Mesimvria.
Rules are simple. One team faces the goal and one of their players takes aim. With every successful attempt, the receiving team had to serve their… ban, a series of sprints. With every failed attempt though, the shooting team had to go through the sprint drills.
It all resulted to a very entertaining exercise. The two teams teased each other non-stop and the players got to relax after training. The coaching staff also took part in the game.
