PΑΟΚ – More than football
Giorgos and Stavros “only live for the team. When PAOK lose a match, they don’t come to school, because they are very upset and cry”.
The teacher of the two guys couldn’t have made a better introduction, when she got in contact with PAOK FC in order to organize a surprise for them. A year ago, 17-year old Giorgos and 16-year old Stavros got the most special gift: their own PAOK shirt signed by all the players.
“Now, when PAOK win, they come to school wearing THIS shirt, showing us proudly that they are in possession of something special that no other fans have”, Christina Diamantopoulou explains. She is their teacher in the 2nd Laboratory of Special Professional Education and Training (E.E.E.E.K) in Pylea-Chortiatis.
These two beautiful, smiling children met their idols up close. They attended PAOK’s last training session before the encounter against Panionios and fulfilled a life-long dream. Giorgos also had the opportunity to speak with Vladan Ivić, his favourite player in the past.
PAOK always stand by their family. PAOK are always by the side of people who love and need the club.
