Last summer, he took part in the “Double-Headed Eagle’s” preseason training aiming to convince Igor Tudor that he deserved a place in the seniors’ roster. He achieved it. One year later and after 1.458 minutes played, 6 goals scored and 7 assists served, Giannis Mystakidis returns to the Netherlands. His objective is to continue improving and live up to the expectations that he himself created last season.
