Handball, sprints and finishes
PAOK players were treated to a different set of drills on Wednesday morning in the Netherlands, a few hours before their first friendly encounter of the season against Silvolde SC.
The menu consisted of a game where the players could use their hands –with regulations both from handball and basketball- and they could also score with headers. Afterwards they set the balls aside and did sprints, before concluding the session with some spectacular finishes.
