PAOK Story: Giasemakis Giasemi
Without past there would be no future. The family of the “Double-Headed Eagle” never forgets their glorious history… In the play-off game against Panathinaikos, PAOK FC honoured their veteran player Giasemakis Giasemi for his contribution to the club.
He put on the shirt of the “Double-Headed Eagle” from 2001 to 2007, conjuring up 43 goals in 161 appearances. He was a member of the team that won PAOK’s last trophy to-date, the 2003 Greek Cup. Giasemakis Giasemi was the guest of honour in the play-off encounter against Panathinaikos in Toumba Stadium and was presented with an award by PAOK FC for his contribution to the club. The veteran player received the accolade from PAOK team manager Vangelis Pourliotopoulos.
