11888- Consistent Tzavellas
The “Double-Headed Eagle” completed their regular season engagements in April, sealing their presence in the play-offs. Giorgos Tzavellas won the fans’ vote as 11888 MVP of the month.
In a season of costly up-and-downs in the team’s performances, Giorgos Tzavellas has been one of PAOK’s most consistent players. He is enjoying the most mature season of his career and is constantly among the best of the team.
The fans of PAOK acknowledged his displays by voting him 11888 MVP of April. He got 53,22% of the vote, leaving Ergys Kace in second place, the latter losing top spot in the last days of the vote. Third place was for Alexandros Tziolis, who has also been very consistent throughout the season and his substantial performances have won him the role of the team’s metronome.
Tzavellas earned his second 11888 MVP award for the season, after his September accolade. He is the third player to boast two 11888 MVP awards, along with Gojko Cimirot and Garry Rodrigues.
