Toumba atmosphere in New York [photos]
PAOK FC President Ivan Savvidis watched the encounter against Asteras Tripolis in “Olympia” bar alongside the members of PAOK Fan Club of New York and experienced a Toumba-like atmosphere on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean.
Having accepted the invitation of PAOK Fan Club of New York, Ιvan Savvidis watched with them the encounter between the “Double-Headed Eagle” and Asteras Tripolis for matchday 24 of the Super League.
Mr. Savvidis was very satisfied with the outcome of the match and didn’t hide the fact that he felt like home: “I felt Toumba’s atmosphere, despite being thousands of kilometres away”.
The schedule of PAOK FC President in his United States visit is quite heavy, but Mr. Savvidis will attend the event for the New Year cake of PAOK Fan Club of New York that will take place on the second floor of their Pontiac house “Komnini” in Astoria.
