At the heart of the Greek capital, in Kolonos, in the installations of PΑΟΚ Academy Athens Cosmos Club, an academy collaborating with PAOK FC, the selected children will be able to train on the guidelines and the program set by PAOK Youth and Development sections. The necessary preparatory work has been completed and trainings regard 22 children born in 2005, 2006 and 2007, as well as 16 children born in 2003 and 2004.

The managers of PAOK Youth and Development sections declare themselves very satisfied with the effectiveness of the training centres experiment after their first year in operation and underline the improvement of the selected young players. Nowadays, PAOK boast 10 training centres –the one in Athens being No 10- and are located in Didymoticho, Κomotini, Xanthi, Κavala, Drama, Κozani, Κaterini, Lamia, Rethymno and Rhodes.

On 16 and 17 January, PAOK FC will host in Thessaloniki the first unofficial round of games between training centres and the respective age groups of the “Double-Headed Eagle”.
