PAOK U17s also prevail in Veria [photos]
PAOK U17s didn’t perform as well as in previous occasions, but did claim yet another three-pointer prevailing2-1 at Veria. It was the eight victory in nine games for the “Double-Headed Eagle” who lead the standings in the Super League 2nd group.
The pupils of Angelos Zazopoulos and Pablo García stormed out the blocks and took the lead in the 2nd minute with a spot kick by Chatzidimpas. Veria were left with 10 men and opted to retreat and close all spaces. They even managed to equalize in the 19th minute. Chatzistravos however sealed PAOK’s victory in the 30th minute, with a fine finish following a fine team combination.
