Konstantinidis at PAOK until 2019
PAOK FC announce that they have extended the contract of Dimitris Konstantinidis until 30 June 2019. The 21-year old right full-back penned his new deal on Tuesday.
Born in Korinos Pieria, Dimitris Konstantinidis joined PAOK’s youth system in 2008, at the age of 14. He made his unofficial senior debut in 2010 in a friendly encounter against FK Partizan Belgrade. Two years later, it was time for his senior debut, in a league match against Panthrakikos (26 August 2012).
After signing his new contract, Konstantinidis spoke to paokfc.gr:
«It’s yet another very happy day of my life, one of the many I have been given by PAOK. I am grateful to the club and the administration, and to Mr. Ivan Savvidis of course, for the care he shows for the senior team and the youth ranks where I started out.
«My wish is that during my next four years here I will fulfill my dreams with the team. I joined PAOK as a young boy and have been given every opportunity to grow into a man here.
