Building a team and gluing them together is vital for success, but cannot be achieved overnight.
After a tough period and some intense and truthful conversations in the dressing rooms, Igor Tudor put on a different face and organized a team dinner on Monday evening. It was a much-needed decompression gathering, offering the players the opportunity to talk and hang out, away from the pitch or the locker rooms.
