Rehearsal and tactics
PAOK completed their training at Nea Mesimvria. It was arguably their most important session ahead of the encounter against FC Krasnodar, as Igor Tudor had the opportunity to test on pitch his thoughts about Thursday’s game.
Tuesday’s session was of short duration, but quite intense and focusing on specific tactical instructions. Players wrapped up training by practicing their finishing.
Stelios Kitsiou, Dimitris Konstantinidis and Gojko Cimirot continued their recovery program, while Giannis Mystakidis did physiotherapy. During training, Robin Olsen injured his right thumb and will undergo medical tests on Wednesday. However, the Swedish goalkeeper continued training, minding not to do more damage to his hand.
PAOK’s last training session before Thursday’s game is scheduled to start on Wednesday at 17:00 at Nea Mesimvria.
