Ivan Savvidis: «I fulfill all my promises»…

After gathering all info regarding incidents at Toumba on Thursday, PAOK FC owner Ivan Savvidis made the following statement on paokfc.gr:

02.10.2015

“After yet another great European night of PAOK at home, I would like to express my pride for this team. I would really cherish the opportunity to feel nothing but joy, honour and longing to enjoy such a team of PAOK again.

Following this sold-out match, I would really cherish the opportunity to express my gratitude to those fans who supported our team impeccably during the match, who withstood provocations by opposite supporters and displayed the real principles and values of PAOK.

Unfortunately, some people who call themselves fans of PAOK don’t give me this opportunity. Perhaps they feel I don’t deserve it…

Unfortunately, they don’t just stand against me and my vision for the club. They stand against the vast majority of PAOK’s real supporters, against the very family they claim they belong to.

This is the end as far as they are concerned. We have the means to expel them and we are backed in this mission by our authentic and demure supporters.

We consider them an enemy of the same caliber as any other provocateur against PAOK. Come Sunday and the match against Olympiacos, they will witness things changing.

This is my promise to our real supporters and fans: they will be proud and safe in Toumba.

And I have been fulfilling all my promises until today”.

With honour
