Ergometrics are a painful procedure for the players, as they are asked to push themselves to the limit in order to register the best possible results. PAOK players underwent ergometrics on Monday 29 June and Tuesday 30 June under the supervision of PAOK ergophysiologist Mr. Ziogas.
