“Win through our way of work”

Faithful to PAOK Academy philosophy and their motto “first act, then speak”, U17s head coach Alexis Tasoulis keeps a low profile and says that the team just advanced to the Final Four trophy match.

29.05.2015

All young players of PAOK enjoyed the semi-final victory over Asteras Tripolis, but proper channeling of each feeling is of the utmost importance for everyone involved in these youngsters’ formation.

Alexis Tasoulis is crystal clear about it: “Of course our aim is to win, but only if winning is achieved through our way of work, our game style and within the moral values of an encounter between teenagers, who are the future of Greek professional football”.

Mr. Tasoulis insists that his team didn’t exactly perform as they could in the semi-final against Asteras Tripolis and wishes that the final will be a spectacular match that everyone will get to enjoy. He focuses on the importance of handling stress and fatigue ahead of the trophy match against Olympiacos. It’s vital for everyone to enjoy this feast of youth football and insists on fair play and sports values.

The final match of the Super League U17 final four will kick off on Saturday 30 May at 18.00 at Agrinio. PAOK and Olympiacos meet each other again after last season’s final of the U15s in the same venue.
