Miguel Vítor returns to action and spoke to Novasports TV ahead of the encounter against Panionios

«I feel good. I was off for three days and I have enough energy. That might prove helpful in the play-offs».
About him watching from the sidelines the encounters he was suspended for:
«We did well in both games, especially in the first halves. In the second halves we were not that good and allowed our rivals to counterattack. We defended well, but we yet have to improve our attacking tactics. We work on that in trainings».
About him not scoring as often as last season:
«Sometimes you get lucky and the ball finds you in the box enabling you to score. No season can be the same. I have scored twice so far and I will attempt to score twice more until the end of the season».
About the play-offs procedure:
«Sometimes things get complicated towards the end of the season, fatigue causing errors. Play-offs are a special procedure, where errors are very costly. I believe that all teams will do their best to top the mini league».
About the importance of finishing second in regular season:
«It’s important to win at Panionios and get that extra point in our play-offs standings. We must do our job and claim victory».
About the rumours surrounding the last matchday:
«I cannot understand all this. I personally try always for the best. Things are a bit complicated, but don’t affect me».
About the encounter against Panionios:
«We know they have pace and they will attempt to hit us with their counterattacks. We need to be balanced in attack and defence and make the most of the chances we create –what we failed to do in previous matches».
