PAOK U16s were better than their rivals, especially in the second half but couldn’t make the most of their three classic chances to score and were held to a 0-0 draw with Aris. That point however sufficed to see them through to the Makedonia Union Clubs’ U16 final. They will face Bebides on Sunday 10 may at 18.00, at Mikra Ground.

The tie against Aris was a nervous and a hard-fought affair in the first half, as both team were cancelling each other out in midfield. The complexion of the encounter changed dramatically after the interval. PAOK took the reins and came close to breaking the deadlock three times.
