PAOK B held to draw in Serres
A first … pre-season friendly away from home for PAOK B in Serres against Panserraikos on Sunday afternoon saw the Double-headed Eagle secure a 1-1 draw.
The hosts took the lead in the 37th minute through Mourgos, but in the 44th minute Koutsias again found the way to the net to score for PAOK and make it 1-1. Despite some notable chances for both sides in the second 45 minutes, neither side could convert them into goals and the game ended in a draw.
PAOK used the following players:
Talichmanidis, Panagiotou, Kottas, Tsopouroglou, Kitsaki, Darela, Giaxis, Ricardo, Fassidis, Brandonic, Koutsias (all in the starting XI), while Tsioptsis, Selimai, Rumiantsev, Chatzistravos, Zilos, Manoliudis, Meletidis, Koutentakis, Spyridis, Panidis, and Smyrlis also got some playing time during the match.
