Since the beginning of the season he has been just sensational. Perfect in his defensive duties, creative, running incessantly and passionate in every game of PAOK. The only thing missing were the goals –but had produced several assists instead. Against OFI he broke his duck and scored – twice in fact. A well-taken shot in the 2nd minute of the encounter and then a masterful free-kick just before half-time. All of the above were reasons enough for Răzvan Raț to earn the vote of the media representatives as Vodafone MVP. Right after the final whistle, after collecting his award from veteran Antonis Kemanidis, the Romanian full-back spoke to PAOK TV about the encounter against the Cretan side, his own performance and the tough calendar ahead.
