After the successful encounter against OFI, PAOK players turn their attention to their European engagements and their match in France against EA Guingamp in particular. Those who played on Sunday followed a recuperation session on Monday. The rest worked on their tactics with a training match in reduced space.

The only negative aspect of the OFI match was the injury Panagiotis Glykos sustained in the last play. He suffered a knock on the right knee and was in pain. The following morning, team doctor Giorgos Ikonomidis tested the injury and ruled him out of the encounter against EA Guingamp. The Greek international goalkeeper will follow a conservative recuperation program instead.

Facundo Pereyra on the other hand was able to go through part of the training session and might make it in time for Thursday’s encounter.

Hedwiges Maduro and Dimitris Konstantinidis went on with their respective recovery programs. PAOK players will train at noon in Toumba Stadium and then will board their flight to France.
