The young central defender signed his first professional contract with PAOK in 2023, with a three-year term, and has now been rewarded with a renewal. In a few days, when he will come of age, his contract will be extended again until 2029.

The 1.91m tall Dimitris Bataoulas was born on 14.03.2007 and came to PAOK in 2018 from Atromitos Ptolemaidas. He belongs to the 2007 champion generation of the PAOK Academy, was promoted early to the Under-19 team and since January 2025 is considered a key squad member of PAOK B, with whom he counts three appearances (starting all three) and one goal.

He was, of course, an international in all of the Greece national team youth age categories and he has already recorded five appearances for the Under-19 Greek team.
