The eight matches, plus two days off for each team, scheduled for the play-outs, which will determine which two teams will be relegated to the third division, will begin on the weekend of February 22-23. Both the play-outs and the play-offs, which will determine the top team in each group, and which will compete in the Super League next season, will be completed in early May. We remind you that the top five teams in each group will claim promotion (the top team in each group) and those who finished in positions 6 to 10 will fight to avoid relegation (two teams from each group will be relegated). It should also be noted that PAOK B, AEK B and Asteras AKTOR B are in the play-outs.

PAOK starts the mini-league from seventh position with 10 points, below Niki Volou (11 points) and above Diagoras Rodou (8), Kavala (6) and Ethnikos Neo Keramidio (4). As established, the points from the regular season are divided by two.
