Preparations for the «final» against Slavia
Domestic dutries are put aside for a while as PAOK look to take the reaction and good performance against Aris into their next big game on Thursday (23.01) against Slavia Prague, which will largely determine qualification to the next phase of the 2024-25 UEFA Europa League.
The first training session of the team’s preparations began on Monday (20.01) afternoon in Nea Mesimvria. The players who were in the starting lineup against Aris followed a recovery and rehabilitation program, while the rest worked on the training pitch with the technical staff, with their program including a warm-up, a possession game, some tactical exercises and a friendly match in the finale.
Andrija Zivkovic, Omar Colley and Dejan Lovren all received treatment, while Thomas Murg was once again left out of training due to a cold.
On Tuesday (21.01), PAOK will train at 10:30.
