Work on attacking play
The countdown to the difficult match ahead that PAOK has to face at the Kleanthis Vikelidis Stadium against Aris continues. The team is working with the sole goal of returning to winning ways.
The training session began with a warm-up, followed by a possession game and then the players worked with the coach on the team’s attacking play, through various exercises. In the finale, the players practiced finishing and some defensive positioning.
Andrija Zivkovic took a blow to his knee. The player went straight for some medical tests, which showed that he has avoided the worst, as his cruciate ligaments have not been damaged. The Serb just has a large bone swelling, and he is expected to be out for 4-6 weeks depending on his body’s reaction. Dejan Lovren underwent some treatment.
On Friday (17.01) PAOK will train at 10:30.
