Season ticket transfer activation announcement

PAOK announces that from today it’s possible for season ticket holders to transfer their season tickets for the 2024-25 season through the gov.gr Wallet.

Double-headed Eagle supporters who have season tickets for the current season will now be able to easily and quickly transfer their tickets to another fan via gov.gr Wallet in order for them to take their place in the Toumba Stadium.

The process is carried out exclusively through gov.gr Wallet. Season ticket holders should enter the gov.gr Wallet, open the screen where their active season ticket is located and by clicking on the button with the three dots on the top right of the screen, select TRANSFER of the season ticket to another fan by submitting their VAT number.

The recipient of the ticket will receive a notification in gov.gr Wallet, in Requests, and will have the option to accept or reject the ticket. If accepted, the season ticket is automatically displayed on their screen as active.

The process can be repeated up to 10 times for each season ticket within the season. The process will remain active until six hours before kick-off of each match, in order to avoid problems with fans entering the stadium.

The process is not active for the season tickets of foreign residents, as it is in the stage of special configuration and implementation by gov.gr. Children’s season tickets are non-transferable. Also if a fan already has a season ticket in their name, they will not be able to get a second one from someone else.

After the end of each match, the season ticket holder must enter the gov.gr Wallet and revoke the ticket, in order to return it to their own Wallet. In two weeks, the automatic withdrawal will be activated after the end of each match and the above procedure will not be required.

PAOK clarifies that it is not involved in the process of transferring the digital season ticket through the gov.gr Wallet. For any technical problem related to the transfer or any malfunctions, they should refer exclusively to Gov.gr Citizen Service (support.gov.gr).
