Recovery and preparations for Panetolikos
Playing good football, PAOK took a decisive step towards qualifying against Shamrock Rovers at the Toumba, as they won 4-0 and now they immediately turn the switch and get back to Stoiximan Super League action.
With Jonathan Gomez as a new face in the group, the preparations for the match against Panetolikos at the Toumba Stadium began on Friday (23.08) in Nea Mesimvria. The players who were in the starting lineup for Thursday’s match (22.08) followed a recovery and rehabilitation program on the pitch, the gym and the swimming pool. The rest of the squad worked in the fields of fitness and tactics, in view of the upcoming Stoiximan Super League match on Sunday (25.08, 20:30)
Brandon Thomas, who was subsituted in the game against Shamrock Rovers with right ankle problems, has undergone some treatment and will have an MRI tomorrow to determine the extent of the problem.
On Saturday (24.08) PAOK will train at 18:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
