Recovery training ahead of Lamia

Just several hours after the great victory over Panathinaikos in Athens, the PAOK squad were back on the training pitch to start their preparations for the next game against Lamia at Toumba Stadium.

01.04.2024

The training session was conducted in two groups. The players who were in the starting lineup at the «Apostolos Nikolaidis» followed a recovery and rehabilitation program combining activities on the training pitch, in the swimming pool and the gym.

The rest of the squad worked with the coaching staff on ball possession and movement through various drills and high-intensity games within small spaces.

In the day’s good news, the team’s medical report card was black as Baba resumed full training, as did Kedziora and Jonny, with William Troost-Ekong the only player left out of the programme. The Nigerian defender continued with some physio treatments.

On Tuesday (02.04) PAOK will train at 17:45 in Nea Mesimvria.
