It was an important victory for the Double-headed Eagle. PAOK had absolute control of the match, prevailed 2-0 over Lamia at the «Athanassios Diakos» Stadium, and combined with AEK’s draw in Thessaloniki against Aris, finished first in the regular season of the 2023-24 Stoiximan Super League.

Meite was once again one of the team’s key performers. The Frenchman has been impressing with his performances lately and he did so once again against Lamia. He was involved in all phases of the game, stole possession, helped his team build attacks, won most of the duels he had to take part in, and was the player who served up the assist for Taison to score and make it 1-0.

And so, Meite with a percentage of 53% won the award for the Fans’ Man of the Match according to your votes.
