Possession and automation
The heat wave affecting the whole country did not leave Nea Mesimvria unaffected. The players worked under adverse conditions in sweltering high temperatures, against the backdrop of the first… “battle” of the 2023-24 season against Beitar Jerusalem.
The program started with warm-ups and possession games. Then the players were divided into two groups and worked on automations in both defence and attack. Sunday’s (23.07) training was wrapped up with a friendly match between the players.
Joan Sastre was the only PAOK player who followed an individual program.
On Monday (24.07) PAOK will train at 18:45 at Toumba Stadium.
