The second training session of the day on Friday (23.06) included some exercises with the ball and the first mini-friendly of the season.
The afternoon training session in Nea Mesimvria started with a warm-up, before the players went through some circuit training and obstacles with the ball at their feet.
After that, there was a mini-friendly played at a high tempo.
On Saturday (24.06) there will be another double training at the club’s Nea Mesimvria base.
