Under-19s thump Aris 6-1 [sith pictures]
PAOK’s Under-19 had an enjoyable afternoon in Souroti as they defeated Aris 6-1 in their previously postponed Super League Matchday 16 clash. In their final game of the season, the Under-19s will travel to Lamia.
From the very first minute of this match, PAOK were on the front foot and they opened the scoring through Goumas, after Smyrlis‘ assist. Again, Goumas then made it 2-0 in the sixth minute with a close-range effort, and in the 11th minute it was 3-0 with Tsikos this time finding the net, following another Smyrlis’ pass. In the 28th minute Aris reduced the deficit to 3-1, but in the 45th minute it was Gitersos’ turn to score, the firward scoring with a header after an assist from Kalogiros. In the 58th minute, Tsikos then won a penalty, which was well converted by Smyrlis, and in the 77th minute, Kastidis played in Sinaiai who scored to complete the final 6-1 scoreline.
