- Since 1959-60 when the top flight was established until today, there have been 68 matches between Olympiacos and PAOK with the Piraeus team as the home team and there have been 47 victories for the Red and Whites, 12 wins for the Double-headed Eagle and nine games have ended in draws.
- The last meeting between the two teams with Olympiacos at home was on October 17, 2022, when PAOK prevailed 2-1 (Rodrigues 37′ – Papastathopoulos 8′ own goal, Narey 56′) in the regular season, while the last one in the Play Offs was on May 14 with the match ending in a 1-1 draw (41′ Joao Carvalho – 2′ Felipe Soares).
- In their last 10 visits to Olympiacos‘ home ground in all competitions, PAOK has won twice, drawn four and lost four times.
- In the Play Offs, PAOK have faced Olympiacos in four different seasons, and in the four matches that have taken place against the home team, there have been two PAOK wins, a draw and a victory for Olympiacos. In fact, on July 12, 2020, they prevailed 1-0 thanks to Mihaj’s goal and deprived Olympiacos of an unbeaten championship title, since until then no other opponent in the Super League had managed to beat them.
- In their first visit in the history of the top flight to Olympiacos, PAOK came away with a victory, thanks to goals from Symeonidis (38′), and Havanidis (42′), while the hosts had taken the lead through Polychroniou (31′). In fact, PAOK were not defeated in their first three matches, since in their second visit to the «Georgios Karaiskakis» they drew 1-1 (49′ Yfantis – 89′ Vassiliadis).
- PAOK’s biggest victory at Olympiacos was on January 4, 1976, via a 4-0 scoreline, with goals from Terzanidis (24′), Koudas (56′, 63′) and Guerino (78′) marking the triumph in a year when the Double-headed Eagle were crowned champions.
- On February 23, 2003, Pantelis Kafes found the net three times in PAOK’s 4-3 defeat in Rizoupoli and is the only man to have scored a hat-trick in an away game against Olympiacos.
- Olympiacos had a 17-match unbeaten srreak in the league at the renovated Karaiskakis stadium (15 wins – 2 draws) until PAOK’s second visit there on October 16, 2005. With two goals by Pantelis Konstantinidis , PAOK responded to the free-kick from Yaya Toure, took the victory and at the same time broke the Red and Whites’ home unbeaten streak.
- Giorgos Koudas is the player who has scored three goals in away matches against Olympiacos in total and has four more in matches where PAOK was at home. Overall, in both grounds, he is at the top of the scorers list, along with Afentoulidis and Skartados, while Sarafis has six goals.
