Under-17s beat PAS 1-0
Vryzas scored the only goal of the game in the 82nd minute as PAOK’s Under-17s claimed a 1-0 victory over PAS Giannina on Matchday 17 of the B phase of the Super League championship.
Despite having the majority of the possession, Tsiapakidis and Hagan’s team found it difficult to create opportunities against a determined and well-organised PAS Giannina defence. The home side did have a few chances, even hitting the post in the 55th minute through Kesidis, but the victory finally came in the 82nd minute when Vryzas clipped the ball over the visiting goalkeeper after being played in by Panikidis.
The next game for the Under-17s is against Panaitolikos in Agrinio.
