Vote for the BOX MVP of October
October was a tough month. The team claimed a great away win at the “Georgios Karaiskakis”, they were defeated by Panathinaikos and AEK, while they drew with Levadeiakos and Asteras Tripolis. It’s time to vote via paokfc.gr and the PAOK FC Official App for the most valuable player of the month.
The first candidate is Lefteris Lyratzis. The Double-headed Eagle right-back has made an impressive start to the season, putting in some excellent performances. His best moment was his assist for Narey in the derby against Olympiacos. Unfortunately he had a date with misfortune and was injured in the game with Asteras Tripolis at the Toumba, but he is working hard to come back after the World Cup.
Our second player in the running for the award is Ingi Ingason. The leader of the black and white defence, although he has had a more complex role this season, and as the mentor of the younger players who make up the defence, offered countless battles in October and he is making a strong bid for the award.
Finally, Khaled Narey could not be left out of the conversation. The German swept the awards for August and September, was impressive again for yet another month. He scored two beautiful goals against Levadeiakos and Olympiacos, troubled every opposing defense he came up against, and is looking to make it three from three so far this season.
