Under-17’s win again
It’s three out of three for PAOK’s Under-17, who beat PAS Giannina 4-1 on Saturday afternoon in Souroti on matchday three of the Super League championship.
PAOK took the lead in only the fifth minute with a goal by Vryzas after an assist by Papageorgiou, but the visitors equalized in the 42nd minute. At the end of the half, however, the Double-headed Eagle took the lead again with Politaki’s powerful diagonal shot.
In the second half, PAOK were absolutely dominant, passing the ball around at will with ease, finding the right corridors to threaten, and in the 75th minute, Papageorgiou made it 3-1 following an assist by Politakis. Finally, in the 82nd minute, Zoubis made the final score 4-1 with a close-range shot, taking advantage of Bakas’ pass.
