Under-17s win 1-0 and head to Final Four [with pictures]
One goal was enough to secure victory for PAOK Under-17s against Aris in the final match of the regular Super League season – a result which saw them end with a 13-point gap ahead of their local rivals in Group B. Now the players are looking towards the Final Four tournament which starts on March 12.
Tzimas was the player to score what proved to be the winning goal in the 43rd minute, following an assist by Vasileiadis. Tzimas also hit the woodwork in the first minute of the match. Overall, PAOK were not troubled during the 90 minutes, controlling much of the possession and not allowing their opponents to threaten their goal.
