The Super League 2 marks the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women
A social phenomenon that can must not leave anyone feeling indifferent! In 2021, 13 women in Greece lost their lives after falling victim to violence against them by their husbands or partners. Enough is enough!
The Super League 2 clubs have united their voices with those who are fighting to put an end to violent behaviors which are not in line with human nature. The Super League 2 stands by those women who experience a real living nightmare in their daily lives, doomed to live in fear and silence!
On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, the Super League 2 will hold a minute’s silence before the start of all matches on Matchday 5, honoring the lives lost and hoping not to lose any others.
