Another friendly win for PAOK B [pictures]
PAOK B chalked up a second friendly win in a row within 24 hours on Sunday (29.08). The Double-headed Eagle’s second string saw off the challenge of Almopos Arideas by a 2-1 scoreline in Souroti.
PAOK went in front thanks to a goal from Panidis, only for Almopos to equalize. However, the hosts proved the strongest side and found a route to goal for a second time courtesy of Tsopouroglou, whose goal saw the home side win the game.
Unfortunately though, the match also produced some bad news. Gordeziani suffered a bad blow to his collar bone and will need to undergo surgery on the injury.
PAOK B will now take a short break from friendly matches and focus on training throughout the week.
