Right from the season kick-off, Misc has proven to be one of the best players in Greek football. And his performances in February were another shining example of why.

He may not have posted the impressive stats in terms of goals or assists – there was in fact only one assist, but he was impressive all over the pitch. Dominating matches in central midfield, he once more proved the pivotal point for his team-mates to flourish. Full of running, intelligent passing and leadership, he drove the team on and reveled again in his role as midfield maestro.

And in the vote for the 11888 MVP of the month, Mr Vertical beat off competition from Dimitris Pelkas , who was also in exceptional form during February, to bring home his second successive individual award after also winning in January, while also racking up his fourth gong overall.

The Joker got close to Misic, but he did not manage to overtake him. In third place was Dimitris Limnios, who was also a joy to watch over the course of February.
