PAOK endured a bad night at the office against the Greens, paying for its mistakes dearly with a 2-0 defeat. Abel Ferreira’s players did not manage to take advantage of the scoring opportunities the created early in the match and left Athens with empty hands.

One of the visiting players who stood out, however, as he has done on so many occasions this season, was Josip Misic. The Croatian once more took on a more advanced role and was exceptional. He was creative, efficient and gave his all. One of the highlights of his performance was a mazy run where he took on the entire Panathinaikos defence, but after doing the hard work he failed to hit the target with only Sokratis Dioudis to beat in the Greens’ goal.

In the voting for the Fans’ Man of the Match via paokfc.gr and the PAOK FC Official App, Misic collected 65,89% of the votes to win the award.

In second place was Dimitris Limnios, who was as competitive as ever all over the pitch and provided a constant threat to the home defenders whenever he managed to get forward into dangerous positions.
