Before training started, Răzvan Lucescu spoke to his players explaining to them what he wants to see on the pitch on Monday, against the Danish outfit. The first part consisted of warm-up and then the players split into two groups. While one group was working on tactics with the coaching staff, the other engaged in possession games, eight versus two. The session concluded with a three-team game in reduced space.

Omar El Kaddouri continued his decompression routine and won’t feature in Monday’s friendly, nor will Yevhen Khacheridi who suffered a right foot strain. Léo Jabá will be sidelined as well because of a quad discomfort. Dorian Lévêque trained on his own on the pitch, while Thibault Moulin continued his physiotherapy program in the gym and the pool.
