Gym and football
Thursday’s morning session focused on strength drills, with resistance bands, weights, obstacles and football.
PAOK players split into two groups: the attacking ones and the defensive ones and took turns working with their coach on tactics and the physical condition trainers on a schedule of strength drills.
Adelino Vieirinha trained normally alongside his team-mates, while Dorian Lévêque did jogging on the pitch. Thibault Moulin remained in the gym to continue physiotherapy.
