Football on the first day…
One would expect that the first days of the new season would go by in recon mode and that hard work would start in the Netherlands. Wrong! There is no time to lose and Răzvan Lucescu set the tone from day one: “We start off with football and tactical elements”.
The training session lasted 70 minutes and consisted of ball passing drills and transition game practice with tactical elements. The only (permitted) absence was the one of Pedro Henrique, who arrived on Wednesday evening from Brazil.
There are two training session scheduled on Thursday. The first will start at 09:30 in Nea Mesimvria and the second at 18:30 in Toumba Stadium.
After the second session, Lucescu will announce his list of players who will make the trip to the Netherlands for the first part of the preseason stage.
