U17s thrash Kerkyra 5-0
The U17 side of the “Double-Headed Eagle” spent a pleasant sunny morning in Corfu, prevailing 5-0 over their local counterparts. Now they are looking forward to the League Final Four, to be held in Agrinio from 7 to 9 May.
Tsiakalos gave PAOK the lead in the 27th minute and, six minutes later, Sapountzis made it 2-0 on an assist by Grosdis. Tsiakos netted his second of the day in the 36th minute, teed up by Sapountzis. Efthymis Theodoridis further extended the «Double-Headed Eagle’s» lead to 4-0 two minutes later, set up by Grosdis. In the 48th minute, Sapountzis provided the pass to Spartiatis and the latter sealed PAOK’s 5-0 victory.
