Physical condition training & game against mini goals
On Sunday morning, PAOK players completed the first stage of their preseason training that consisted of low yet increasing intensity session, aiming to gradual adjustment after their holidays.
The session started with physical condition training and movement in obstacle courses. Then the players split in two groups and engaged in a training match against mini goals, with tough duels. The… derby was decided by details.
Come Monday (26 June), the squad enter their main preseason stage of high intensity. It will start with a double session in Nea Mesimvria, at 10:00 and at 19:30.
