Ergometric control is underway [photos]
It’s a tough, demanding but highly necessary procedure ahead of summer preseason training. The first group of PAOK players went through ergometric tests and paokfc.gr camera was there to bring you image and sound.
Kitsiou, Limnios, Varela, Lévêque, Crespo, Cañas, Αthanasiadis, Κonstantinidis, Μalezas, Leovac, Pelkas, Pouggouras, Charisis and Chatziisaias met with PAOK ergophysiologist Giorgos Ziogas and went through the usual ergometric control, so that the coaching staff will get all data regarding each player’s condition and adjust their training schedule accordingly.
The “Double-Headed Eagle” players split into groups and visited the lab of PAOK ergophysiologist Giorgos Ziogas for the necessary control ahead of the main stage of preseason training.
After the training session, Aleksandar Stanojević and his assistants joined the players and attentively watched the ergometric control procedure.
