U13s get off to flying start in Sweden
Two victories in as many encounters and seven goals scored so far for PAOK U13 side in the Lennart Johansson Academy Trophy, a tournament held in Sweden.
PAOK youngsters prevailed 3-1 over AIK Fotboll, thanks to a brace by Giorgos Koutsias and a goal by Michalis Patiras. Then they thrashed Stabæk Fotball 4-1, Koutsias netting all four goals.
The “Double-Headed Eagle” lead the standings with 6 points. On Saturday, they face Skonto FC and Arsenal FC. The top-placed team of the group will advance to the tournament’s final.
