PAOK youngsters did start well in the match though and created three chances to score in the first ten minutes. But it was Atromitos who took the lead from a set piece in the 11th minute. The “Double-Headed Eagle” tried to react, but their rivals scored two more goals in the 21st and 25th minute and broke PAOK’s morale.

Before the interval, Atromitos were already leading 6-0 and the final scoreline was sealed in the 80th minute.
