PAOK are gearing up for their third match in seven days and hold their trainings in winter time…

Igor Tudor and his players gathered at Nea Mesimvria at 11.30 on Monday morning. They were split in two groups. Those who started the match against Panathinaikos followed a special decompression and recuperation program with jogging, stationary bike and gym drills under the guidance of Paolo Artico.

The rest worked on ball circulation and tactics with training games in reduced pitch. Stelios Kitsiou, Dimitris Konstantinidis and Gojko Cimirot continued with their recovery programs in high intensity. Dimitar Berbatov remained in the gym for physiotherapy and will do an MRI on Monday evening to determine the extent of his groin injury.

Tuesday’s training session is scheduled to start at 11.30 in Nea Mesimvria.
